Appearance: dark black stout with a thin beige head that faded quickly

Aroma: rich dark roasted coffee, semi-sweet dark chocolate, with notes of vanilla cream

Taste: dark cocoa powder, vanilla, toasted oak with a dark chocolate finish

Body: moderate body, light carbonation, smooth finishing after the dark chocolate bitterness

Overall: Light on the bourbon, more vanilla and oak, a whole lotta chocolate coffee richness but not too sweet and syrupy.
