Appearance: golden orange with a thin white quickly fading head

Aroma: lime, kiwi, passionfruit, lightly sour funky aroma with cracker breadiness

Taste: kiwi, lime, fresh tropical fruit, earthy herbal finish on tongue, but very crisp fruit finish

Body: thinner body, moderate carbonation, only slightly sour

Overall: Another interesting blend in the 7th Edition of the Systema Natvræ Wild Ale. Not aggressively sour so it should be approachable to many beer and wine drinkers alike.
