So that may be a bit of an overstatement… there are probably things as important as beer, and maybe a few that may have more importance… maybe. Nonetheless, beer is the focus of this Blog, but maybe there needs to be a larger filter that things are seen through. This is what I mean. I want to continue to give short, concise beer reviews without yammering on about crap nobody cares about, like ‘how the Porter got its name’ or ‘What the true Champagne of Beers is’!!! haha.

But honestly I have a lot going on in life, as each of you do, that shapes how I look at beer… or how I look at life. So here is the new deal going on here… I will keep the concise beer reviews. So if you see a picture with a bottle/can and a glass beside it, then assume it’s a concise beer review. The other content I want to add is kind of the ‘what’ that shapes me. We all see through a lens that filters how we experience life, interactions, and even to the beer we drink. My hope, without belaboring this point, is to feature more about my thoughts and my experiences that shape and hopefully evolve the way I view beer.
