Appearance: amber/copper color with a thin off-white head

Aroma: light notes of honey and molasses, no distinct bourbon on the nose

Taste: creamy vanilla, oak & honey, with a grainy finish

Body: Light body with moderate carbonation

Overall: This is light on the Bourbon flavor and not overly sweet. In turn though, it would be a great option to pair with food without worries of bourbon overtaking every bite.
