Body: Big full mouth matured feel with a distinctly dry finish. Moderate body with carbonation of a light soda.

Overall: There is a reason Duvel Moortgat, Brewers of the famed Duvel Golden Ale purchased Brewery Ommegang in 2005, Ommegang is doing something right when it comes to Belgian-Style Ales. Three Philosophers is a must try if you want to see how good American Craft can get.
