Appearance: Brown Amber like a dark honey with quickly fading white head

Aroma: slight banana esters, Belgian sugars, bread, with a hint of caramel

Taste: similar to a light Belgian double, caramel, raisin, brown bread with slight herbally finish

Body: light to moderate body with low carbonation

Overall: This is a really nice beer so I was sad to read that it was a very limited release. That means that you need to get your ‘rear in gear’ if you want to try this, and I would recommend doing so. The brewery has a great atmosphere and there’s always a good food truck, check out their attached website for the schedule.
