Purchased at Grapes & Hops III

Appearance: dark amber/copper colored with thin white quickly fading head

Aroma: orange/pineapple, with candied sugar, light grapefruit pith and bready

Taste: orange/pineapple citrus candy but not overly sweet, resiny, citrus pith, slight booze on the finish

Body: light to moderate body, mild carbonation with mildly dry finish,

Overall: Incredibly Drinkable Double IPA, for a 9% it goes down really smooth. Another great local brew out of Trenton, North Carolina, keep up the great work 3rd Rock.
