Appearance: golden hazy with a thin but lacing white head.

Aroma: grape fruit citrus with a hint of star fruit or kiwi

Taste: bright grapefruit juice with a slight resin finish

Body: a creamy full mouthfeel with an explosion of citrus tingle all over your mouth

Overall: I have had some poorly done NE-style IPA’s since the style launched but this was absolutely not one of them. Imagine pouring a cold refreshing bar mix can of pure grapefruit juice and stirring in just a dab of honey. This was shockingly good and a total suprise that it came in at 35 IBUs. It had a big juicy backbone with the proper grapefruit pithy bitterness on the finish. This deserves a retry.
