Appearance: salmon/berry pink cloudy ale with a white head

Aroma: sour plum, earthy with slight floral sweetness

Taste: this begins pretty sour, plum, berry, bread-like herbal earthy finish, not a huge gland breaker but a continuing light sour palate throughout the entire beer.

Body: moderate to heavy carbonation, very clean finish like of fresh fruit

Overall: Well done sour with a fresh fruit appeal. It seems a bit lacking in overall depth of character, but for a sour which highlights simple nuances it does a decent job.
